A REAL BAR,
WHEREVER
YOU ARE.
A mobile espresso bar is a working cafe that fits inside your venue. Not a truck, not a cart of drip urns. We bring a commercial espresso machine, the grinders, the milk, the cups, and baristas who pull shots for a living, and we set it up in about eight feet of your floor. Serving Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Indianapolis, and Indiana.
THE SETUP
Espresso is pulled on a La Marzocco GS3, the same class of machine that runs a good cafe bar. It is not a novelty and it does not taste like one. Everything else on the bar is chosen for the same reason: it holds up through a four hour service and it does not slow the barista down.
- Footprint. About 8 feet by 6 feet. It fits in ballrooms, lobbies, offices, galleries, and tents.
- Power. One dedicated 20 amp circuit within about 50 feet. No plumbing needed, we bring water.
- Outdoors. No power on site is fine. We bring a generator.
- Setup. We arrive early, build the bar, and are pouring before your first guest is looking for us.
THE MENU
Espresso, americanos, lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, mochas. Hot or iced, made one at a time, not pre-batched into a carafe. Whole milk and oat milk are standard, decaf is always available, and other milks can be arranged with a little notice.
Beyond coffee: cold brew, matcha, chai, and hot chocolate, so the people who don't drink coffee are not standing there empty-handed. If you want a signature drink built for the event, we will build one and put it on the board.
See everything we serveESPRESSO BAR QUESTIONS
What is the difference between a mobile espresso bar and a coffee truck?
A truck needs a parking spot and pulls people outside. An espresso bar sets up inside the room, next to the thing everyone is already doing. For most weddings, offices, and venues, that is the whole difference between a coffee line and a coffee moment.
How much space does the bar need?
About 8 feet by 6 feet of flat floor. It fits through standard doors and into freight elevators, and it works in ballrooms, offices, galleries, lobbies, and tents.
What power do you need?
One dedicated 20 amp circuit within roughly 50 feet of the bar. No plumbing, we bring our own water. If your site has no power, we bring a generator.
How much does a mobile espresso bar cost?
Our event minimum is $500 with a one hour minimum service window. From there it depends on guests, hours, menu, travel, and add-ons. Custom quote within one business day, free and no obligation.
What machine do you use?
A La Marzocco GS3 for espresso, with commercial grinders. It is a cafe-grade setup, which is the point: the drink you get at an event should taste like the drink you would get at a good coffee bar.
Can you serve a big crowd?
Yes. One barista handles roughly 60 to 80 drinks an hour. For festivals and large events we scale up with more staff, a second bar, and batch or cold brew service to keep the line moving.
