Street Coffee Collective is a Milwaukee coffee company. Our mobile espresso bars serve corporate events, weddings conferences, festivals, and private parties across the city and the rest of Wisconsin, and our East Side HQ opens in Summer 2026. When you book coffee catering in Milwaukee, you're booking the home team.
WHAT WE BRING
A full mobile espresso bar built, and staffed by baristas who work events for a living. Espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold options, and seasonal menus, sized to your guest count and service window. We handle the equipment, power planning, setup, and teardown. You handle the guest list.
We serve corporate offices and company events downtown and in the Third Ward, weddings from Bay View to the lakefront, campus and conference gatherings, gallery nights, markets, and backyard parties that take coffee seriously. If people are gathering somewhere in Milwaukee, we can probably put a coffee bar in the middle of it.
WHERE WE GO
All of Milwaukee and its neighborhoods: downtown, the East Side, the Historic Third Ward, Walker's Point, Bay View, Wauwatosa, Shorewood, and Whitefish Bay. Beyond the city we regularly serve southeastern Wisconsin, including Racine, Kenosha, Waukesha, and Madison. Farther trips are quoted by distance and logistics, and we like a road trip.
Our Milwaukee HQ (opening Summer 2026 on the East Side) is also the shop behind the mobile work: it's where the rigs are built, loaded, and sent out. Booking local means shorter travel, easier logistics, and a team that knows the venues. More on the HQ here.
MILWAUKEE QUESTIONS
Do you travel outside Milwaukee?
Yes. Southeastern Wisconsin is standard service territory, and we quote longer Wisconsin trips (Madison, Green Bay, the Fox Valley) by distance and schedule.
Can you serve indoor venues downtown?
Yes. Our setups are built for real venues: freight elevators, loading docks, tight corners, and standard 110v power. We confirm venue requirements before the event.
How early should Milwaukee weddings book?
Summer and fall weekends in Milwaukee go early. Six months ahead is comfortable; more is better. Short notice is still worth asking about.
Is there a minimum event size?
No hard minimum. We serve intimate gatherings of 25 up to festivals of several hundred, and we scale the bar, menu, and staff to match.
