COSTS.
One hour of service is the shortest we book. Most events run two to four.
- A full espresso bar
- A professional barista (or more, as your guest count grows)
- Espresso drinks, hot or iced
- Whole milk, preferred alternative, and the rest of the bar
- Setup, service, and a clean break-down
- Guest count. More people means more baristas and a second bar past a certain point.
- Service length. Priced by the hour after the first one.
- The menu. A classic espresso menu costs less to run than six signature drinks.
- The venue. Load-in, power, and how far we push a cart matter more than people expect.
- Travel. Only applies outside city limits, quoted by distance and stated up front. Never a surprise on the invoice.
Tell us the date, the headcount, and the room. You get a real number within one business day.
Every quote is custom, free, and comes with no obligation. If your event is smaller than the minimum, tell us anyway. Sometimes it still works.

Our event minimum is $500, with a one hour minimum service window. From there the number moves with guest count, how long we serve, the menu, the venue, travel, and any add-ons. We don't sell packages, so you get a quote built to your event, free and with no obligation, within one business day.
From 25 to several hundred. One barista handles a steady line comfortably; as the guest count climbs we add baristas and, past a certain point, a second bar. Tell us your headcount and service window and we'll tell you exactly what your event needs.
A single barista on our espresso bar serves roughly 60 to 80 drinks an hour, depending on the menu. Simpler menus move faster. If you need volume, we add staff or switch part of the menu to batch and cold brew so nobody waits.
A flat spot roughly 8 feet by 6 feet, and access to power: a dedicated 20 amp circuit within about 50 feet of the bar. We bring our own water. If your site has no power, we can bring a generator. We confirm all of it with you and the venue before the day.
Yes. That's where this company learned its trade. We handle tents, generators, long service windows, and weather plans. Festival and high-volume setups are quoted differently from a two hour reception, so tell us what you're running.
Yes. Matcha, chai, and hot chocolate are regulars, and decaf is always available. Oat milk is standard alongside whole milk, and other alternatives can be arranged with notice. Nobody at your event should be stuck with nothing to hold.
Both. We can put your logo, a monogram, or the event date on the cups and signage, and we can build a signature drink for the couple, the brand, or the season and name it whatever you want.
Earlier is better. Summer and fall weekends, weddings, and festival dates fill first, so three to six months out is comfortable for those. Short notice is still worth asking about, since it comes down to whether the team and the gear are free.
Travel is quoted by distance and stated up front in your quote, never added later. Milwaukee and Indianapolis are home turf. We go further for the right event, and we like a road trip.
Yes, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue. Most venues ask, and we'd rather hand it over before you have to chase us for it.
