WHAT YOU GET
A full mobile espresso bar, professional baristas, and a service flow built around your headcount and your agenda. Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, espresso, hot or iced. Oat milk standard, decaf always on. We set up before your guests arrive and leave the space exactly as we found it.
We handle the parts your planner usually has to chase: load-in, power, timing, and the certificate of insurance your venue will ask for. If you need branded cups, sleeves, signage, or a drink named after the product, that is an add-on and we will price it in the quote.

How much does corporate coffee catering cost?
Our event minimum is $500, with a one hour minimum service window. From there it moves with headcount, service length, menu, venue, travel, and add-ons. No packages, no padding. You get a real number within one business day.
How many drinks can you serve per hour?
Roughly 60 to 80 per barista, depending on the menu. For conferences and anything with a hard break schedule, we add staff or move part of the menu to batch and cold brew so the line clears before the next session starts.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We are insured and can send a COI to your venue or facilities team. Ask early and you will have it before anyone has to chase it.
What do you need from our office or venue?
About 8 feet by 6 feet of flat space and a dedicated 20 amp circuit within roughly 50 feet of the bar. We bring our own water. We will confirm load-in, freight elevator access, and timing with your facilities contact before the day.
Can you brand the bar?
Yes. Logo cups, sleeves, signage, and a signature drink named for the product, the team, or the campaign. It is an add-on, and it is priced in your quote rather than sprung on you later.
Do you handle recurring office service?
Yes. Weekly, monthly, or tied to your event calendar. Recurring service is quoted differently from a one-off, so tell us the cadence you are thinking about.
How do we pay?
We invoice. We can work with your procurement process, provide a W-9, and match your PO requirements. Tell us what your finance team needs and we will send it.
