2008 N Farwell Ave. A coffee bar you can walk into, and the shop where the catering rigs get built, loaded, tested, fixed, and sent back out.

What else happens in here is still being figured out. The building has been pretty involved in that conversation.

Right now, it is a construction site. The opening date is not set yet.

We could post a clean rendering and pretend every decision was made months ago. That is not really how this is going. The plans keep moving as we get further into the room, so this is where the build actually stands right now.
