COFFEE CATERING
IN INDIANAPOLIS.
Before Street Coffee Collective had an address, it had a route, and a lot of it ran through Indiana. We bring mobile espresso bars to weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties across Indianapolis and the surrounding towns. Festival lots, hotel ballrooms, barn weddings, office lobbies: we've pulled shots in all of them.
BUILT ON THE ROAD
Our catering setup was shaped by festival seasons and event work across Indiana: gear that loads fast, runs on ordinary power, and serves a long line without losing the hospitality. Espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold options, and seasonal menus, staffed by baristas who treat a parking lot and a ballroom with the same care.
Indianapolis event planners use us for corporate gatherings and conferences downtown, weddings from Mass Ave to the barn venues outside the loop, brand activations, campus events, and multi-day festivals. Recurring office coffee service is on the menu too.
WHERE WE GO
All of Indianapolis, including downtown, Mass Ave, Fountain Square, Broad Ripple, and Speedway, plus the ring around it: Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Zionsville, and Greenwood. We also serve the wider state, with regular routes through Kokomo, Lafayette, Bloomington, and Fort Wayne. If it's in Indiana, ask. The answer is usually yes.
The company's home base is Milwaukee, where our HQ opens in Summer 2026, but Indiana is not a satellite market for us. It's where the road part of this company grew up, and we keep a regular presence here. More on how the whole system fits together.
INDIANAPOLIS QUESTIONS
Do you charge travel for Indianapolis events?
Travel is quoted by distance and logistics, and we're up front about it in the quote. Because we run regular Indiana routes, it's often less than people expect.
Can you handle outdoor and festival setups?
That's our background. Generators, tents, long service windows, weather plans: festival vending is where this company learned its trade.
What venues have you worked in?
Hotel ballrooms, offices, barns, breweries, campuses, fairgrounds, and lots with nothing but pavement. We scout requirements before every event, so surprises stay rare.
How far ahead should we book?
Wedding weekends and festival season fill first. A few months of lead time is comfortable; short-notice requests are still worth sending.
Planning something in Wisconsin instead? We cater Milwaukee too.
